• Terry seconded the motion and minutes were approved and filed

• Jim will work with Tom to set up credit card capability on the Foundation website.
• We will decide at the next meeting if we need to order a small Foundation banner to hang on tables at events such as the Street fair.

• We had a profit of $2100.00 from the Art Auction after expenses.
• We will review the art show at the April meeting.

7. Golf Tournament:

Minnie Malin, coordinator for the Golf Tournament gave an update on the Tournament which will be held on June 29, 2010 at the Carlton Oaks Country Club.

• It will start at 11:00.
• Sponsor phone calling follow up is needed. Terry took some of the numbers to call over spring break.
• We will have a band for entertainment
• Jim will finalize dinner contract with Carlton Oaks and obtain a copy.
• Next Golf Meeting is April15. March 11 minutes were distributed.

• Betty will email the final version this month for one last proofing before the brochure is printed.

• A representative from the Mom’s group will be at the next meeting.

• It was discussed whether to have a Foundation Table at the Del Mar Fair and if we should have a golf game there to attract people to the table. Betty will look into borrowing a golf game. Rachael will look into signing up for a table and we will discuss it further at the next meeting. We would need volunteers to be at the table.
