 CHEST FOUNDATION Donation
 A big thanks to the American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP), Chest Foundation, for donating a $10,000 grant to the Santee Foundation.
We will utilize these funds to assist the Santee School District in purchasing lap top computers and converting the schools to wireless technology. Physicians and other volunteers from the Chest Foundation will be visiting Sycamore Canyon School on Monday, November 2, 2009 to share important information about taking good care of lungs and the serious health problems created by smoking.
The Chest Foundation is involved in a number of projects and programs covering the four focus areas of Tobacco Prevention, Clinical Research, Humanitarian Service and Critical Care/End-of-Life Care.
