Santee School District Foundation's After School Guitar Program

The Santee School District Foundation’s After School Guitar Class is a 10 week course held on your student’s campus after school, designed for students in 4th-8th grade with little or no experience and even advanced players. This class focuses on popular styles of guitar playing with an emphasis on technique, music reading, chord symbols, scales, and ensemble performance.

This is a no-cost to the student program funded by the Santee School District Foundation, with classes taught by teachers of Staump Music School.

Students may bring their own acoustic guitar, rent a guitar for $15, or purchase a new guitar for $99. You may pay the rental fee or purchase a guitar online, and a guitar will be given to the student on the first day of class. If you prefer to pay rental fee with cash or check you may do so in person on first day of class. Check must be made out to Staump Productions.

Guitar Class Schedule: Classes start the week of February 27th and end the week of May 19th after school on campus. (No class during Spring Break.)
